Credits
How do credits work and how do I purchase or manage them?
Your current balance appears in the header. Click the credits icon (or go to My Credits) to add credits and review your history. Each step (lyrics, song, video) shows its exact cost on the button before you run it; you are charged when you click to start. Jobs cannot be canceled once started, but failed jobs are automatically refunded. You can see all charges and automatic refunds in My Credits. What are the Vizasound rankings?
Vizasound rankings are our loyalty program levels. As you create and engage with jingles, you can qualify for higher ranks and earn benefits such as credit rewards and special access. Jingles
Can I do a song-only jingle?
Yes. You can create an AI song and publish it as a music-only jingle, but it still needs a visual. On Step 3, choose “No Video” and upload an image to use as the visual for your song-only jingle.
How do I add text and frames to create an eCard?
After you have created a jingle video, select the Edit icon (pencil) and select a border frame for your video or insert text. This step can be done at any time, even for previous videos that you created.
Do I own the jingles I create, and can I use them commercially?
Yes. You own the jingles you create. When you set a jingle to Public, you grant Vizasound a license to display, distribute, and promote it (with attribution) on our site, feeds, and compatible third-party destinations. Private jingles are not distributed. See the Terms for full details.
What’s the difference between Public and Private jingles?
Public jingles appear in the community and may be shared or syndicated to third-party sites with your username credited. Private jingles stay hidden from the community and are eligible for removal after 30 days, so please download any private work you wish to keep. You can switch a jingle to Private later on our site, but third-party copies of previously Public jingles may persist. For maximum control, choose Private at creation time.
How do I download or share my jingle?
Open the jingle page and use the Download or Share options. Audio is typically provided as MP3; videos are provided as MP4. Aspect ratios and durations depend on your selections when creating the video.
Can I resume or retry an incomplete or failed generation?
Yes. Go to My Jingles and open the item marked incomplete to continue the step you left off. If a step failed, our system automatically issued a refund; re-running that step will charge once for the new attempt. You are only charged for steps you actually run to completion.
How do I write my own lyrics and customize the music style?
On the lyrics step, switch to “Your Own Lyrics” and type your text. You can use structure tags like [Verse] and [Chorus]. On “Review and Create Song,” pick a genre and add comma-separated tags (voice, mood, instruments) before creating your song.
How do a I report an issue with content or other bugs?
If you find an issue with the application, or with content on this site, use the Report link at the bottom of any page and describe the issue to our team.
Video
Where do I enable lip sync?
Go to Step 3, click Advanced under the play button, then toggle Lip sync. You have the option to lip sync a chorus, verse or a custom clip of your choosing. Lip sync is not available in Full Song mode.
Can the AI modify an image I upload?
Yes. On Step 3, click the second Advanced in the video prompt section. You will have a new prompt for guidance for the first frame image or to modify an image that you have uploaded.
How do I generate a video from my song?
After your audio is ready, choose a clip length, (or upload your own video for Full Song), write a clear prompt, and optionally add a reference image. Then click “Finish Video.”
Why did my lip-sync video not turn out as expected?
For best results use a well-lit, front-facing video with a single unobstructed face (avoid sunglasses/masks), steady framing, and clear audio. Longer clips or extreme motion can reduce accuracy—try shorter durations or a different source clip.
Notifications
How do message notifications work?
When both users follow each other, new messages can trigger notifications. You can turn Message notifications on or off in Settings > Notifications.
How do I reduce how many notifications I receive?
Open Settings and go to the Notifications tab. You can disable App notifications, Message notifications, and Promotions and news to reduce alerts.
What is Message email digest?
Message email digest sends a summary email when you have unread messages and are not using push notifications. You can enable or disable it in Settings > Notifications.
Messages
Who can send me direct messages?
Direct messaging works only when both users follow each other. If one user unfollows, new messages are blocked until both users are connected again.
How do I delete messages?
You can delete a single message from the chat thread or delete the conversation from the Messages list. Deletion applies to your view only, not the other user’s view.
Why did I stop receiving new messages from someone?
If either user unfollows the other, new direct messages are disabled. Follow each other again to resume messaging.
Connections
How do Follow and Follow back work?
Follow adds a user to your Following list. Follow back creates a mutual connection, which unlocks direct messaging between both users.
Where do I manage Followers and Following?
Open Connections from the header menu or from the followers/following counter on jingle pages. You can search users and take follow or message actions there.
Images
Why should I add head, full-body, left-side, and right-side images?
These images help the AI keep your subject more consistent across generated videos. A head image is the most important and helps with facial identity. Full-body, left-side, and right-side images are optional, but they can improve body framing, side angles, and motion so the AI has more visual reference when building scenes.
How do I upload images and control who can use them?
Open Media Kit and use the My Images tab to upload or edit your saved images. Images are optional, and you can add only a head image or add additional views for better results. To control who can use your images in videos, go to Settings, open the Media tab, and change “Who can use my image in videos?” to Me, Connections, or Followers.
Voice
How do I use my own voice in songs?
Go to Step 2, click Advanced, and choose the option to use your own voice. You will need to provide vocals either on this page or via the My Voice page in the menu.
How do I control who can use my voice in songs?
Go to Settings and open the Media tab. There you can change “Who can use my voice in songs?” to Me, Connections, or Followers. This lets you decide whether only you or a broader group can use your saved voice in song creation.
Account
How do I delete my account and data?
From Settings, choose “Close Account” in the Profile tab. This removes your account and stored content from Vizasound’s servers. Public copies that were previously shared to third-party sites may persist outside our control; switching to Private or closing an account does not guarantee their immediate removal from other services.
